Financial Preamble
We begin by saying that Atmostrack is not yet funded.
Therefore, all communication and correspondence will only be by email or Skype or our live chat accessible on the home page.
How to Begin?
In keeping with the People's theme, we are moving towards what we call participant ownership.
This is neither investor ownership nor employee ownership. Participant ownership invites those who are euphemistically called "stakeholders" to become actually owners.
This means local governments and end users can have a piece of the action as well as employees, engineers and so on.
Because this is a new concept, we will not define it too tightly and we will let the definition take shape as participants join us and, well, participate.
To this end we would like to communicate with any government, company or individual who finds the concept of interest.
