Business Management
While all functions in the fundageek matrix are critical, Business Management is the anchor.
The Business Management function may begin with a single person. This person could work from home. This function might alternatively be handled by a company, either large or small.
We will simply use Business Manager as the title.
Writing a complete job description is at this stage not possible because so many things are up in the air. However, the Business Manager will handle all monies and develop the Business Plan.
