Atmostrack will re-invent vehicles and enable new travel and work practices.

Atmostrack vehicles and the Atmostrack computerised operating system will be designed in full consultation with women's and disabled person's organisations.

Atmostrack allows safety and convenience to be built in from the start, rather than tacked on reluctantly (if at all) as is the case with conventional transportation.

Women are the majority on our planet yet they are treated shabbily as a negligible minority by vehicle and transport planners.  Atmostrack can and will change this.

Similarly for the disabled (and the elderly) Atmostrack will provide convenient and safe transportation.

Atmostrack has a dedicated non-Executive Director for Women and Disabled. We are designing vehicles, operating software and facilities to meet the requirements and wishes of women and the disabled.

Along with vehicle and operating system design, Atmostrack will build in security systems that work.

Because Atmostrack is an on-demand system and its vehicles travel smoothly and predictably, we are designing vehicles that will allow commuters to work in on-board work areas.  These areas will have internet and telephone service and, in time, hot swap computers.  This will enable workers to continue working on internet based business software using their own hard drives.  Of course, this will obviously open up whole new markets for the computing industry.

Atmostrack vehicles are being designed to take advantage of the phenomenon known as ground effect.  Ground effect is the spongy layer of air between moving objects and the ground, but it exists only close to the ground.  Formula One racing cars operate in ground effect as do the growing number of hybrid boat/aircraft.  The latter look like a cross between airplanes and boats and move at speed just above the water.

There are limitations for both the above examples because they are free to move vertically.  (In fact, one of the major challenges for Formula One car designers has been to prevent the cars from taking off!)

Atmostrack is not burdened by this limitation.  Atmostrack vehicles are safely tethered to the earth by the drive line mechanism which is extremely strong.

Operating at speed in ground effect will permit very high speed in inter-urban applications.  Several hundred miles an hour will become normal for city to city travel.
